In his book Horseshoes, Cowsocks & Duckfeet, Baxter Black writes, "Now, if your neighbor is pretty handy and did all the wiring in the new room in his house before the fire, you'd see if you couldn't get him to help you convert the 110 in the pump house to 220. Call an electrical contractor? You're kidding!"
As funny as it seems, that is what many folks are inclined to do. Rather than pay for the professional help they need, people will assume - often with bad results - that they can get the information they need by turning to someone without the proper education, training, or experience required for the job. Why, you may ask? Because advice is free, and they usually get what they pay for.
At Rulane Teks, our goal is simple, though not what you might expect. First and foremost, we work toward the quickest, best resolution to our clients' computing problems. Secondly, but no less important, we want to satisfy our clients. Often, that satisfaction involves giving the client the tools and knowledge to resolve problems by themselves, should any new ones arise. It is where we're different, and that's our best service. For those "do-it-yourselfers," we feel that, if you never need to call us again, we've done our job right!
Sincerely,
Rex Robinson, President and CEO
